The design integrates the city tree, Magnolia, and the representative mulberry culture of Hai'an, complemented by traditional Oriental elements. This unique blend accurately expresses the marketing positioning of the real estate, which is adjacent to the school district and focuses on the humanities.

The sales office is divided into four functional areas: Magnolia Hall, Inkstone Washing Pool, Golden Silkworm Workshop, and Collection Court. The designers used metaphorical techniques, a deep understanding of design, and solid professional quality to create a classic design example with elegant charm. The use of gorgeous and delicate materials, along with the penetration of ancient and modern aesthetics, sets this design apart from others.

Upon entering the reception area, visitors are greeted by two rows of glass columns that emphasize the vertical sense of the space. The marble wall, with its natural stone texture, emphasizes the mobility of the horizontal lines, creating a dynamic interplay between the vertical and horizontal elements. The project, which covers a total of 650 square meters, features a chandelier in the shape of pages above the sand table, ingeniously combining modern technological beauty with classical image beauty.
